WOLCC Alliance Global Ministries exists to build covenant relationships, establish spiritual leadership, and cultivate potential by equipping senior pastors. A synergy of resources is offered to senior pastors and his or her leadership staff to help effectively equip the body of Christ for the purpose of building the Kingdom of God. We provide knowledge, wisdom, and resources to build, unify, and network the church community.

The covenant with WOLCC ALLIANCE strategically offers mentoring, fathering, teaching, and counseling. Bishop Flowers serves in the capacity of spiritual father, mentor, teacher, and a trainer who listens and advocates for those under his apostolic covering, while also building cohesive relationships of trust, truth, and respect from his many years of ministerial experience.
