Your First Visit

We hope that you will have an opportunity to worship with us in the near future. We know that it can be uncomfortable for some when visiting a church for the first time. When you visit you can expect a welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, great music, and encouraging messages.

Our weekly worship services begin promptly on Sundays at 11:00 AM. We also have Rhema Night (Bible study) on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.

Parking
The parking lot entrance is on Prince St. next the Auditorium Center. On occasion, there may be other events taking place in the facility during a church time. There is no cost to park there if you attending services. Please let the parking attendant know that you are there for Walk of Life Christian Center.

Before Service
As you enter the building, attendants and greeters will be on hand to welcome you. If you do not look familiar you will be asked if you are a first time guest and asked to give your name. Our guests are welcomed during the service; however, you will not be asked to speak.

During Service
After an opening prayer, our praise & worship team leads the congregation. Feel free to sing and praise along with us.

Sermons
Typically the message is presented by our Bishop, Joe N. Flowers, Jr. His practical, down to earth, Bible-centered teaching helps us apply the truth of God's word to our everyday lives. And he has a sense of humor!

What should I wear?
Our members dress in a variety of styles. Whether you're dressed casually or in your "Sunday best", you will not feel out of place. Each third Sunday is dress down Sunday and almost everyone will be wearing jeans.

How many offerings do you take up?
We typically have one time of offering during our services.
