Our Vision & Mission
THE VISION
The ultimate call of this house is to provide three things for every believer; the building up of the spirit of man, the soul of man, and the prosperity of man. Developing each person in the Word of God to a mature man does this. Our next greatest call is strengthening the family to keep the unit together. Without the family , there is no real church. Our goal is making sure that the foundation of every home is successful and based on the Word of God. It is our responsibility to build of the whole man; spirit soul and body — and by God's power, we shall do it!
THE MISSION
Walk of Life is a church on a mission, commissioned by God to minister to the needs of women. We want to provide facilities to house them, helping in areas such as drugs, alcohol, rape, molestation, and abandonment. We will build them up, preparing them to go out and help others who have been hurt as well. For our men, we are also dedicated to providing these same services. We purpose to instill the morals and values back into our men and young boys, teaching them how to become men.
Another mission that God has given us is to oversee a school for our youth, ages 3 to 13. This school is to teach our children how to prepare for life through biblical principals, training, and education in all academic areas. We also will have computer computer classes to train the young and old on how to prepare themselves for 'Corporate America'. We must prepare Walk of Life Christian Center for this new millennium, keep up-to-date with technology and staying ahead of the game. The bible says to "Be wise as a serpent and humble as a dove."
Our last mission is to help take care of senior citizens (age 60 and above) of this house who have been faithful to this ministry and who have lived a GODLY life before their families and this church. We will support them and provide housing facilities including professional and licensed paid staff. The church will watch over them, taking care of them spiritually, mentally, and financially.
